As we shift our focus to Squarely.app, a comprehensive ERP solution, we’re transforming our entire business model to bring you even more powerful tools and services. We’re thrilled to bring you this enhanced offering and are committed to making your transition as seamless as possible.
Option 1:
Continued Support from Squarely
Starting January 2024, we will be introducing a new pricing structure to keep up with increasing costs while continuing to serve you effectively. If you choose to continue with our support, the only changes you will experience are a new link and access details your store backend, which we will provide. (No down time expected). The updated yearly subscription cost will be $850/year (AED 3,120/year).
You will continue to enjoy our full support via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls, with payment options including cash, credit card and bank transfer.
Option 2:
No Support from Squarely
If you want a cheaper alternative, we can transfer you to a new platform where your current subscription will remain active until its expiration. This option may result in up to 72 hours of downtime, and you will transition to paying platform and domain fees directly. You’ll need to add your credit card details no later than January 30, 2024. We will assist with transferring your domain to a registrar of your choice, such as GoDaddy, and managing its configuration to ensure a smooth transition. However, after the transition is complete, phone and WhatsApp support from us will no longer be available, but the new platform provider will offer support through their own channels.
Estimated fees with new provider including Domain Renewal:
Starter Package: $284/year (currently $399)
Advanced Package: $500/year (currently $599)
Option 3:
Cancel your subscription
You may cancel your Squarely subscription entirely. We’ll assist with transferring your domain to a registrar if you wish to keep it.
We’re here to make this transition as smooth as possible.
